Highlight of Services

Under the Canada Express Entry program, there are several ways of achieving entry, including under the Federal Skilled Worker and the Federal Skilled Trades categories.

To assess the ability of a Federal Skilled Worker, Citizenship and Immigration Canada uses a points system, in which applicants require a minimum of 67 points to qualify.

Points are distributed back on the following six factors:

  • Education (max. 25 points)
  • Language ability in English or French (max. 24 points)
  • Work Experience (max. 21 points)
  • Arranged Employment (max. 10 points)
  • Adaptability (max. 10 points)
  • Age (max. 10 points)

After obtaining at least 67 points you need to meet certain admissibility criteria based on medical, and criminal or security clearances. Contact us to see if you qualify or are inadmissible under this category.

Our office has extensive experience in the Federal Skilled Trades category as well as assisting clients to obtain trade certificates from the relevant discipline.

The following criteria are used to assess these applications:

  • Must meet required levels in English or French, in speaking, reading, writing and listening;
  • Must have at least two years of full-time work experience (or equal amount part-time work) in a skilled trade within the five years before you apply;
  • Must meet the job requirements for that skilled trade as determined in the National Occupational Classification, except needing a certificate of qualification; and
  • Must have an offer of full-time employment for a total period of at least one year.

Given that you meet all these qualifications, you will also be assessed on your admissibility for criminal, security or medical reasons.

As you possibly know, under the Express Entry system, a single mistake can result in refusal and/or being thrown back into the pool of candidates. Our application method is to convince the authorities to accept your application, aiming to give you the best results.

Additional Richmond Hill immigration services include, but aren’t limited to: sponsorship, student visas, work permits, Canadian permanent residence immigration, and Canadian citizenship services.

Testimonial

“I have been a client of Ronen’s since I first came to Canada in 2008. Since then, all the applications they have handled for me have been successful. They have helped to bring my mother and are currently working on my father’s application. And got my Permanent Resident visa APPROVED! I’m grateful and happy with their services. And they are affordable also… God bless you more Ronen, your family and your staff.” – Bryan Rana
